Ugandan rapper Gravity Omutujju (Gereson Wabuyi) has once again taken to social media to showcase his growing real estate portfolio, sending a clear message to his critics that his “Tusimbudde” vibes are paying off.
The rapper recently shared footage of his nearly completed multi-story mansion, which has been a topic of discussion since construction began to ramp up in late 2024 and 2025.
Location: While Gravity owns several properties, this specific “dream house” is located in Busabala, a suburb known for its scenic views and upscale celebrity residences. He also reportedly owns other houses in Munyonyo.
Design: The house is a modern, multi-level structure featuring expansive glass balconies and high-end finishes. In true Gravity fashion, he has dubbed it a “billion-shilling” project.
The Statement: For Gravity, the mansion is more than just a home; it’s a trophy. He has frequently used his properties to counter claims from critics and rival musicians who suggest he is “fading” or lacks the financial discipline of veteran artists.
In a recent interview, Gravity addressed those questioning why the construction had taken some time, stating:
“I am not in a rush to finish construction because it’s not like I am homeless or renting. I have many other houses. I might even finish this one and just sell it to build another.”
This move is also seen as part of Gravity’s ongoing attempt to position himself alongside the “Big Three” (Bobi Wine, Bebe Cool, and Jose Chameleone). By showcasing a mansion that rivals the estates of the industry legends, he is reinforcing his brand as a self-made success story who rose from the streets of Old Kampala to the heights of luxury.
