Drama appears to be ubiquitous in Uganda’s entertainment industry.
Miriam Sembatya, commonly known as Dorah, a businesswoman, accused artist Bruno K of having an affair with her and then abandoning her after finding out she was pregnant just last week.
As if that weren’t enough, another woman leveled allegations against Bajjo, the city’s events promoter, over the weekend. She said he slept with her, causing her to become pregnant, and she then refused to accept responsibility for their child.
In his car, promoter Bajjo admitted to having a one-night affair with Nash Wonder, but he said he did so as a kind of protection, effectively ruling out the possibility of having a child with her. Furthermore, he added that he had known Nash Wonder for five years. She rejected the suggestion of a DNA test and insisted on financial assistance instead, but he also mentioned it.
Nash Wonder recently posted a TikTok video in which she threatened to involve the police in her search for justice against Bajjo, adding to the drama that has been unfolding.
