From Mitooma, Former President Elect Professor Francis Bwengye dies in a Car accident this evening.
He was nominated in 2001 Presidential Election with a Democratic Party (DP) Card, though failed.
Professor Francis Bwegye has been the Dean of School of Law and a committed member of Staff at Nkumba University.
He has been a sold Democrat, and a unique member at Democratic Party Committee.
Prof. Francis Bwengye joined the race for the Presidency following a power struggle in his party – the Democratic Party(DP).
