The Tuesday present from Eddy Kenzo appears to have increased the combined wealth of veteran Kadongo Kamu singers Fred Sebata and Harriet Sanyu by Ugx 5 million.

Vocalists from Kadongo Kamu, Fred Sebata and Harriet Sanyu, performed at the recently concluded weekly jam session of the Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) at the Allure Hotel & Suites in Mutundwe.

Following their outstanding performance, the two received a standing ovation and thunderous applause from the audience.

The UNMF’s president, Eddy Kenzo, on the other hand, praised them for setting the foundation for the music industry.

Eddy Kenzo also urged the pair to give each other hugs as the audience cheered while announcing that he would give them Ugx 5M in return.

Fred Sebata’s 40 years in the music industry will be honored with a performance, which Eddy Kenzo pledged to arrange. He also added that Ugandans would love seeing them sing together.
